1st – 207.7
7th- 208.8 Inflated weight due to travel yesterday. Very little movement, no planned exercise (just driving in car) and restaurant food (sodium and carbs are my enemy). I’ll be working on having a good week! This is my birthday week. It falls on Mother’s day Sunday so I plan on trying to gift myself a drop in weight this week. Is it possible with a Mother’s Day holiday and a Birthday? Stay tuned….
14th – 205.0 That is more like it!
21st – 204.3 I am happy to see it down a bit from last week but making goal will be tough unless I tighten my belt more. I haven’t reached the 5 pound goal in several rounds so I’m still up for the challenge! #makingchangesinmylife.
28th – 204.8 I’ve made progress since the beginning of the month, but I hoped for the 5 pounds. I don’t think I’ll reach that but I will strive for a little more loss by the 31st.

After a crazy up and down week, it looks like I'm down four pounds for the month! I gave myself permission to have a food fest on Monday. I must have eaten well on Sunday, too, because the scale went up six pounds in two days from Sunday to Tuesday. It's been slowly coming down since then. My trend weight has actually stayed within a one-pound range (half a pound either way of an average) for the entire month, so I've stopped gaining for sure. Now to just get back down to the weight that I use as my goal, or at least get my weight trend back to the bottom, or at least middle, of my goal range.
Only one day left to screw it up or continue my success.

Friday May 22 - 152.1 - I was 163 on this date last year, so have lost 10 pounds in a year. Many years to go at this rate to reach my goal, but sticking with it.
Saturday May 23 - 153.3 - Must be the pizza from 2 days ago, my metabolism is that slow.
Sunday May 24 - 152.6 - I felt quite lean yesterday all day. Nice feeling. I have a long way to go still, but am down 6 pounds since November 01.19. So slow, but having a day where I felt lean is good.
Monday May 25 - 152.2 - 6 more weigh days for this month, hoping to see the 151s.
Tuesday May 26 - 153.1 - No reason for the gain, I definitely want to see a lower number by the 31st.
Wednesday May 27 - 152.3 - Working very hard at this.
Thursday May 28 - 153.2 - Hoping to get that back down by the 31st - 5 days in the 152s this month so far.

I weigh every day. I have a rolling ten-day average, and I use other tools to see my trend. I post scale and ten-day average once a week.
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

April 30 starting weight - 150.4 (ten-day rolling average weight 149.1)

And so it goes. May was an OK month. Better than March and April for sure. Looking at ten-day average weight, I am down less than a half pound, but I'm down. Exactly half a pound from May 1 and a little less from the last day of April. The Trendweight website says I'm losing a tenth a pound a week, and that is about what the ten-day average says about May. My job now is to continue that downward trend, even if it's this slow, but hopefully a little faster. Not much. I am back to the last five pounds again. I've done this before, and this probably won't be the last time.
In other good news, even though it got close, my ten-day average weight never got over the top of my goal range. It's been bouncing on the ceiling pretty much since mid April, and it got so close in early May - 0.2 pounds from the limit. That was not a happy day. The Trendweight web page never had my trend that high, but it was within a half pound.

7th- 208.8 Inflated weight due to travel yesterday. Very little movement, no planned exercise (just driving in car) and restaurant food (sodium and carbs are my enemy). I’ll be working on having a good week! This is my birthday week. It falls on Mother’s day Sunday so I plan on trying to gift myself a drop in weight this week. Is it possible with a Mother’s Day holiday and a Birthday? Stay tuned….
14th – 205.0 That is more like it!
21st – 204.3 I am happy to see it down a bit from last week but making goal will be tough unless I tighten my belt more. I haven’t reached the 5 pound goal in several rounds so I’m still up for the challenge! #makingchangesinmylife.
28th – 204.8 I’ve made progress since the beginning of the month, but I hoped for the 5 pounds. I don’t think I’ll reach that but I will strive for a little more loss by the 31st.
31st - 206.8 Some unexpected travel set me back with a bit more to come, but I am unstoppable and will always hop back on the train! A bit of a loss for the month overall, so I will take it! Great Job Everyone!
