Sunday May 03 - 155.3 - Ribs. I will try not to have them for at least another month. They were delicious, but it will take awhile to get the weight back down. I knew this.
Monday May 04 - 154.7 - Still working off those Ribs.
Tuesday May 05 - 153.4 - Another case of going back to bed to lay there and listen to the radio, a pound down from when I first got up.
Wednesday May 06 - 154.1 - I did go back to bed after getting up, but am from now on am going to use the higher number. (Otherwise I was 153.1 after going back to bed)
Thursday May 07 - 153.1 - Slept in today. Rainy days make me tired I think.

Friday May 22 - 152.1 - I was 163 on this date last year, so have lost 10 pounds in a year. Many years to go at this rate to reach my goal, but sticking with it.
Saturday May 23 - 153.3 - Must be the pizza from 2 days ago, my metabolism is that slow.
Sunday May 24 - 152.6 - I felt quite lean yesterday all day. Nice feeling. I have a long way to go still, but am down 6 pounds since November 01.19. So slow, but having a day where I felt lean is good.
Monday May 25 - 152.2 - 6 more weigh days for this month, hoping to see the 151s.
Tuesday May 26 - 153.1 - No reason for the gain, I definitely want to see a lower number by the 31st.
Wednesday May 27 - 152.3 - Working very hard at this.
Thursday May 28 - 153.2 - Hoping to get that back down by the 31st - 5 days in the 152s this month so far.
Friday May 29 - 152.6 - 2 more weigh days in the month, hope to have lost 1 pound. Sooo slow, so much work!
Saturday May 30 - 151.4 - Slept in, so this number might not be accurate, but...new low!!
May loss: 1.1 pound - Glad to have a loss, if I keep up this pace I should be at my goal in 4 years.

Wow, I did not do a great job of updating on here. BUT my gym is open so I have been able to go the last 2 weeks! Bit of water retention with TOM and sore muscles from being back at the gym. Now time to get back into a good routine and back to my comfortable weight range in June!2 -

I have not loss more than 3 lbs in a month since Aug 2019.
Mon to Sun calorie avg was 1354.
I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March and May - on my way!
