Thursday June 04 - 150.6 - Any drop is a good drop for me, even if very small.
Friday June 05 - 151.3 - Low on sleep, calories and exercise were on point. Hoping to see those 150 numbers again tomorrow.
Saturday June 06 - 151.2 - Gave up a tiny bit yesterday, had nachos. Still well within my calorie range.
Sunday June 07 - 152.0 - Up way too early, Hope to be below this number tomorrow.

NOTES - day 2 back at the gym. My weight is back down to my starting weight for the month. I’ve logged all my food and water and have succeeded at waking my sleepy *kitten* out of bed to hit the gym. I hope I can keep this going. I’m beginning to feel the soreness from muscle repair so I suspect my weight can have a little spike at some point.

Thank you. I know that you and I are in the same boat, extremely slow weight loss, I am guessing due to our age. Fighting tooth and nail to lose a pound, then the body adapts. Some days I am much more patient with it than others : - ) I work out lots and eat very healthily. I eat between 1100-1300 daily usually.

I am on day 19 of my 41 day challenge to myself of "running" one mile every day (Memorial Day to the 4th of July). One would think I would see something from that but nnnnoooooo… And mind you, that's in addition to walking on average 2 miles a day and doing weights 3 times a week. So don't like menopause. Some say, cut out flour and sugar. Not gonna happen. I just keep on keeping on. Thanks for being on the journey with me!

I feel you, and agree. Weight loss has to be sustainable. I agree with cutting back on stuff, but not in never having it ever again.
But hey, you have lost 58 pounds!!!
We are close in age, it really is ridiculous to work so hard and see such piddly results. We just have to stay at it.5
