I'm going to set a goal for myself to post here daily to try to hold myself more accountable. I tend to start the week strong and then derail a bit by the weekend. I really want to get back under the 150 mark. That is my happy place.

NOTES - day 3 back at the gym. The weight spike I was expecting hit today. I woke up this morning feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus 🚌. No pain no pain right. Been keeping up with my intake and water so fingers crossed I am back down by Saturday for my official weekly weigh in.
