What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Ugh, I was down to 182 lbs and for some stupid reason relaxed my habits and now I am back up to 189 lbs. I am listening to a book about habits and plan to incorporate some of what I learned.
There is a que, an action, and a reward. My bad habit that I fell into was eating husbands jelly beans, one or two small handfulls a day. I made a batch of sugar free jell (chemicals, I know) to give me something when I have that urge. The other habit I will change is to stay out of the kitchen unless I am eating at the table or preparing food.
Actions
1. Stop eating husbands candy (I live in a Willy Wonka house).
2. Stay out of the kitchen.
Reward after one week of success

My mini goal for June was walking over 200 miles, but my step tracker app has decided to "update" (in reality break itself) and now I have to push that one off. So now, I'm going to work on doing my first push-up since like 2010. My work gym reopens Monday, and I'm going to hit it hard with the bench press, incline push-up, and plank. I hope to have a strict push-up by the end of July.8

I want to jump rope 30000= 30*1000 times this month. I started late, 3 days ago on June 9th. And jumped 2000*3 times. So I am now 5000 steps behind.8

I want to get into the 150s by the beginning/middle of next month. My mini-goals have been ten pound goals. So far I have lost 22lbs, working towards 30.10
-
Seven more pounds and I'll have lost ten percent of my bodyweight!12

I want to lose 30lbs by Oct. My 40th birthday9

I have two Primary Goals and two Secondary.
Primary 1. weight down to 170 (I was at 315 in July of 2016) I'm at 177 now.
2. Body fat down to under 20% (it was at 24.8% when I was at 185).
Secondary 1. I have pair of Marine Class A Trousers which last fit me in 1984 I want to wear them comfortably for the Marine Corps 245th Birthday 10 Nov. 2020.
2. Complete a 3 mile Run in under 20 min. (this one is going take awhile).15 -
My current small goals are:
zip the straight size 16's (Maybe after TOM leaves!)
Lose 40 pounds (I have lost 35)
Get my weight below 260 (currently 263)
I don't think I've weighed under 260 since I was in college 25 years ago. And I know I haven't been in a straight 16 since I was a teenager.10 -

Mini goal 1 : get under 70kg (I was 70.4kg this morning so hopefully this one is in the next week or two)
Mini goal 2 : fit COMFORTABLY into my jeans. It is theoretically possible to get them on and buttoned right now but not if I want to be able to breathe or move.
Mini goal(s) 3: each 2kg down from 70kg until 62kg (I’ll be chubby at 62kg but theoretically l’ll be out of overweight.8 -
After a couple of decades at being very obese, I decided to do something about it, and I lost about 75lbs in 11 months, just counting calories and avoiding some foods, mostly because they meant I 'd have to eat a lot less during the whole day, to enjoy a nice half lb cheeseburger. Then I got a job managing a fast food place. 9 months later I am back to my starting weight (though 6 inches smaller jeans, go figure), so it was time to change jobs (a good thing too, cause a month later it shut down anyways due to the virus, and it doesn't look like it will ever re-open) So now I work at a produce wholesaler, which gives me the choice to eat a lot healthier, but I still eat some junk during the day, and just maintain my weight.
So, coming to my newly found motivation: It's the oldest reason in the book. New GF, need to improve my stamina, and show her I can take care of myself too. So, back to watching what I eat. We'll see how it goes.
Secondary reasons, I have some new clothes that are now very tight, some motorcycle gear that no longer zips up, AND with my regained weight, I can't take a second person on my sportbike, (max weight
is 390lbs, and I take most of that) so no romantic rides during the summer now.8 -
My first mini goal is to be 165 when we go on vacation next month (currently 168).
My second goal is to be 160 by September 19 ( my husband and I are renewing our vows).
My 3rd goal is to be 150 by March 15th (30th birthday).7 -
Improving my condition a bit to be able to ride my bike going to and coming back from my hobby. Right now I have to ask someone to take me there (there's no public transportations services near the area). It's 10 kilometers (thats a bit more than 5miles) and right now I can comfortably bike 2 kilometers.
My other mini goal is to hit 100kgs by my birthday, which is probably not going to be possible anymore -in a healthy way- so I will be happy with anything below 104kgs.7 -
For now my only goal is to be cancer free by the end of the year. I have been fighting cancer for over a year. All the while, I have been doing my best to exercise when I have the energy. Side effects suck, and hits the body hard, but my motivation and grit never stops. I will get my body back the way it was before cancer and the treatments HOOAH!!44

My first goal is to get my bmi down to normal levels.
My second goal is to fit in my pants.9 -
Currently between a size 22-24. looking at a cute size 20 dress for my partner's sister's wedding in October.8

I reallllyyyy want to hit 175lbs by July 4th weekend. I’ll be seeing some family members I haven’t seen since January, so that’s my motivation (to be able to say I’ve lost 25lbs). To reach that I would need to lose just over 2lbs a week for the next couple weeks which isn’t something I necessarily condone but I figure I’ll just do my best! Even getting to 178 would feel pretty dang good because I haven’t been lower than 180 in about 3 years.9

- Breaking past the 230 mark - so so close, but I've been stalled out for a little bit. Waiting for the water to whoosh!
- Biking 12 miles five times in a week - that will be my new commute in the fall, and I want to be able to bike every day.
- Fitting into the size 14 skirts I bought. Still a little ways away, but getting there! At least skirts are more forgiving than pants and dresses.

I've got both these goals too! Good luck!!!

At this point I want to hit 190 before July 4. I'd really rather reach it by June 24 - but since I have 3.6 pounds to drop, I doubt I'd make that in a healthy way. So I'll settle for July 4. I'm just happy to be romping around below One-derland!6
-
My mini goal is to get down to 300# by the 4th of July. I know that sounds ridiculous, but my weight hasn't been that low in 40 years & it's a big milestone for me.18

I'm on track for my mid-June goal (which was set in early April) to lose 3% body fat.
So the next goal is to start tracking my arm measurements, lift heavier with upper body excercises and see a 1" reduction in 30 days.
Body fat goal exceeded. I came out with about 3.5% lost in this time period. And, conversely, muscle mass has been increasing.
As for the arm measurements, my upper limbs have decided - on their own - that they want to look like @darkhead4u308 and @sardelsa 💪. I've gained 0.5" on each bicep so far. I'm not mad.
Edit: I've also since learned that excercise is correctly spelled exercise 😭14 -
I’m 3 pounds away from losing 20% of my starting weight. 1 pound away from my next goal weight and 6 pounds to maintenance. So many mini goals right now!10

Oh, I 100% meant the two of you, amongst others! There are so many great women on here who lift, get swole, and just generally baffle the mind with their endurance levels. Thanks for being inspiring, on a Monday no less!6 -

Aww thank you I do appreciate it I am trying over here it's a bit insane at the moment. Keep up the great work!6 -
Looking forward to moving to new house and having a gym within -walking distance-. OMG. And it means that I can go to the club when Girlfriend has her morning classes and do my weight work while she's in the pool (she has a very bad back, so water exercise is all she can handle now) and then when Boyfriend goes to do his work on lunch I can stroll on a treadmill or ride a bike while he does his thing, and get in plenty of movement!
This is encouraging me to keep up with the yoga at home. I really don't want to be entirely out of shape when I get back there!
The move is not far distant; we close on the 26th, but there is painting and some little remodeling to do before we move in.5
