hello from North Carolina! I just found this group today and I am ready to lose 5 lb ASAP! Here it goes...

I expected a bigger drop. As long as I stay consistent, this will continue to go down though. Just got my son a trampoline, so hopefully jumping on there with him will help burn some extra calories too.4 -

A Trampoline sounds fun! I have a little one in the house that I haven't used in awhile (a rebounder). Even a 10 minute workout on one is really challenging and very aerobic. Great exercise, and excellent for lymphatic drainage.

Tuesday June 02 - 150.7 - Yay!!! Finally hit the 40 pound loss, it has been a long haul. Even if it is temporary, I hit it. Very happy.
Wednesday June 03 - 150.7 - Great to see this number again.
Thursday June 04 - 150.6 - Any drop is a good drop for me, even if very small.
Friday June 05 - 151.3 - Low on sleep, calories and exercise were on point. Hoping to see those 150 numbers again tomorrow.
Saturday June 06 - 151.2 - Gave up a tiny bit yesterday, had nachos. Still well within my calorie range.
Sunday June 07 - 152.0 - Up way too early, Hope to be below this number tomorrow.
Monday June 08 - 151.7 - Okay, back to the beginning of the month again.
Tuesday June 09 - 151.2 - Better.
Wednesday June 10 - 149.9 - Very excited to touch a new decade. That will motivate me.
Thursday June 11 - 150.1 - I am good with that number, touched those 140s once, so I can do it again. I delayed my cheat meal (rib eye steak with prawns), but I will be having it over the next few days or so. It would be great to get firmly into the 140s sometime this month.
Friday June 12 - 153.4 - Had Ribs last night, Asian Sesame. They were delicious! They also must have been salty because I drank like 2 litres of water afterward I was so thirsty. I expected a gain, but not this much. I will work on getting it back down now. No regrets on having my fave food, I went from having them weekly to once per month or less. I won't be giving them up, life is too short. Just trying to moderate.

Sunday June 14 - 152.9 - Good thing that there is a half of a month left!
Monday June 15 - 150.9 - Okay, the Ribs seem to be finally gone, time to get back to that 149.9 as my next mini goal.

June 04: 211.2 Not a good way to start. Death in family, stress eating, glucose drop with eating frenzy and nighttime binge. Disaster!

Friday June 19 - 150.3 - Huh? I have been super disciplined, I was hoping for a loss today. The gain is small though. I had scheduled a cheat meal for today (still haven't had that Rib Eye), I will have to rethink that, I gained 3.3 pounds the last one (7 days ago) and it took me awhile to get rid of it.

Hang in there Lizzie. if you know you are doing things right keep going the scale will budge sooner or later. Changing things is also a good idea to break the plateau. I totally understand your frustration. Itβs been the same for me since the beginning of the year. Iβve stayed in the same weight range since last December. I canβt let myself stop tho. I know if I stop and just give up my weight would shoot up very fast. Keep going.3 -

Almost there!!!
Working on getting my protein above 100g. I've succeeded Mon through Friday and today I will have 75g, not bad.
Proteins:
Greek Yogurt, turkey sausage, tuna, chicken breast, pork chop, salmon, tilapia, vegan protein powder, peanut butter powder and occasional beef cut.
TMI - I've been having Metamucil for 3 weeks to help with fiber intake, constipation and only going every 3 to 4 days. Let's just say that I have been gone almost every day this week.
I'm really, really, really looking forward to finally meeting my UGW this month and posting progress pics.

Monday June 01 - 151.7
Tuesday June 02 - 150.7 - Yay!!! Finally hit the 40 pound loss, it has been a long haul. Even if it is temporary, I hit it. Very happy.
Wednesday June 03 - 150.7 - Great to see this number again.
Thursday June 04 - 150.6 - Any drop is a good drop for me, even if very small.
Friday June 05 - 151.3 - Low on sleep, calories and exercise were on point. Hoping to see those 150 numbers again tomorrow.
Saturday June 06 - 151.2 - Gave up a tiny bit yesterday, had nachos. Still well within my calorie range.
Sunday June 07 - 152.0 - Up way too early, Hope to be below this number tomorrow.
Monday June 08 - 151.7 - Okay, back to the beginning of the month again.
Tuesday June 09 - 151.2 - Better.
Wednesday June 10 - 149.9 - Very excited to touch a new decade. That will motivate me.
Thursday June 11 - 150.1 - I am good with that number, touched those 140s once, so I can do it again. I delayed my cheat meal (rib eye steak with prawns), but I will be having it over the next few days or so. It would be great to get firmly into the 140s sometime this month.
Friday June 12 - 153.4 - Had Ribs last night, Asian Sesame. They were delicious! They also must have been salty because I drank like 2 litres of water afterward I was so thirsty. I expected a gain, but not this much. I will work on getting it back down now. No regrets on having my fave food, I went from having them weekly to once per month or less. I won't be giving them up, life is too short. Just trying to moderate.
Saturday June 13 - 153.2 - Expected to be less today, but it is slowly coming back down.
Sunday June 14 - 152.9 - Good thing that there is a half of a month left!
Monday June 15 - 150.9 - Okay, the Ribs seem to be finally gone, time to get back to that 149.9 as my next mini goal.
Tuesday June 16 - 151.0 - 14 days left, I hope to lose at least 2 pounds, and of course I want to hit those 140s!!
Wednesday June 17 - 150.2 - Inching closer to the 140s : - )

Friday June 19 - 150.3 - Huh? I have been super disciplined, I was hoping for a loss today. The gain is small though. I had scheduled a cheat meal for today (still haven't had that Rib Eye), I will have to rethink that, I gained 3.3 pounds the last one (7 days ago) and it took me awhile to get rid of it.
Saturday June 20 - 150.6 - 10 days to try and drop another pound. I will work hard for it.
