Drink plenty of water, keep organizing/painting.
6/26–152-I’m trying to get back on the wagon. I’ve unpacked 80 boxes in the last week and got it all put away. I bought a 3 story bar cart as a joke and have used the heck out of it, loading it up and taking it throughout the house. A week ago I went to my 82 year old uncle’s and we made 3 garage cabinets; we need to make 2 more. I haven’t been exercising, but I’ve been on my feet nonstop. I am glad to be back here. 💚
6/28-153-Beers while I painted garage cabinets....it was hot. Today is cooler.
6/29-It’s Monday and I like starting over fresh. Heading out to weed wack, then more painting.
6/30-153-Ended up spending the whole day weed whacking, of course with big breaks, while doing laundry.
7/1 153-Walked 7 miles and painted. Off to a bike ride and more painting. Can’t believe it’s already Wednesday.

Just joined last round, but the addition to my morning routine of weighing in, logging my weight in MFP, and now posting here to reflect has been helpful! I wasn’t posting here for rounds 115 or 116, but I started tracking my weight and calories during those periods, so I’ve added my weights then for consistent tracking.

6/26: 229.2 I was under goal on my calories yesterday, so this increase is probably really the result of all those extra fast food calories the day before, since we all know scale changes aren’t instant or linear. Back on track yesterday and going forward to make sure it isn’t a permanent increase.

6/27: 229.0 Moving in the right direction. Couldn’t get outside to exercise yesterday due to air quality issues, so I only had the exercise bike. Did a little bit earlier in the day, but I almost broke my streak of completing all of my Apple Watch activity rings until I decided to get back on at 10:45 to finish up. Promptly had a satisfying late night snack to eat up those calories, so I finished just barely under goal.

6/28: 230.0 A full pound up, which is...annoying. Got some stressful news yesterday and spent a while fixated on it, then ordered low effort/high calorie dinner. After exercise, I was almost exactly at what should be my maintenance calories, since I was at -749 and my goal is set to lose 1.5 pounds per week for a deficit of 750. I understand an uptick on the scale due to high sodium and the recent big meal, but it feels more than “deserved.” Especially when a bigger splurge last week only popped an extra 0.2 on the scale. I know, it’s not linear or immediate, trust the process, etc.

6/29: 228.6 A little mini-whoosh to put me back where I was before this round started. Yesterday was on track, just keeping things going.

6/30: 227.8 Now we’re talking! Finally some actual loss showing up since the start of the round. A couple of splurge days could disguise the overall trend for a little while, but they didn’t actually stop it.

7/1: 227.0 Not much to say about today except (slightly gross TMI warning for the sensitive) I literally lost a pound by pooping. I got 228 this morning, then after going to the bathroom again a bit later I weighed again out of curiosity and got 227. Of course I took the lower number, but I think the bigger takeaway is the reminder not to focus so much on the small ups and downs since so many things can affect it.

06/26: 191.2 - I had a decent day yesterday. Had 23k steps and drank a few beers during my 2 sand volleyball games.. could’ve done better but could’ve been a lot worse! Hoping to hit the 180s this round.
06/27: 191.4- I’m completely fine with that. I try to do maintenance and relax on my diet a bit on the weekends. Didn’t eat the best and had a few drinks but was a good maintenance day!
06/28: DNW- today is my rest day. I did good yesterday and only ate 1400 calories while burning 1100 through exercise.
06/29: 192.2 ugh self sabotage.. I did so good on Friday and Saturday. Sunday came along and wine, nachos, wine, cupcakes, wine and more wine... ugh I think Sunday’s are hard for me because I hate going to work on Monday lol. Oh well 1 bad day out of 7 is a win. Back to the grind today.
06/30: 191.6 - well that’s a start. I’ll probably have a decent drop tomorrow or at least I’m hoping since I had a few pieces of meat topper pizza yesterday and that’s pretty salty.

06/29 - 190.3... gave myself a long diet break. Stopped doing keto for a while also. Had lots of issues with depression and stress with corona, postponing my wedding, and especially having my department defunded and needing to find a job. Want to do something good for myself though and get back to it so I'm starting over again. Tracking here always helped me to stick with my goals, so I'm jumping in mid challenge and hoping for the best.

06/30 - 191.8... I don't really know what's happening to cause me to have such a big up. I was very good about eating yesterday and did a lot of exercise. Maybe it's water retention from the sudden switch back, I'm not sure. But it certainly was disappointing. Still, trying to do my best to diet and exercise today and hope for a downswing soon. Had a good run already and so far have been eating responsibly, so I'd say it's a good day so far!

07/01 - 190.2! Down is down, so I'm happy. Was really good about eating, exercising & working yesterday, hoping for a similarly good day today. Did some strength exercises and have been diligently avoiding my bad habit snacks like bars of chocolate for better things like cucumbers and cashews. Hoping to make some progress soon

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 118 (round 50 for me ) I'm in for another round (of course!) – just keep going! Yet again thank you @GrandmaJackie, such a champion particularly in these unprecidented times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.

Female age 62 5' 4” - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

Goal – get back to 132 for this round.... - aim to get back to & stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking, no binges, really want to keep the 10 days binge free! Keep calm, wash hands, be kind and follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus.

06/29 136.4 – 3.87 miles walked yesterday, drove up to DD's to care for 2 year old DGS#1 whilst SIL went to the hospital to sit with DGS#2 and DD came home to have an hour with DGS#1. The baby's condition is unchanged, consultant still believes he is suffering with a genetic condition preventing him from retaining glucose, constant feeding tube down his nose is still in place and poor little chappie is now also suffering with croup . He is really in the wars, plan is to move him to specialist children's hospital tomorrow and hopefully conclusive blood results should be in tomorrow to enable a treatment plan to be developed – fingers crossed.
06/30 136 – 12.3 miles walked yesterday, but a binge on chocolate covered peanuts which I just craved all day; no more in the house now! Once again must move on and crack down. Doing afternoon tea for my sisters in the garden – all socially distanced – but will do as lunch and some “goodies” are healthy ones, will get out for a walk this morning beforehand. Managed to change our caravan site booking to be closer both to our DD's house and to the specialist children's hospital where our DGS is being moved to today, it will be less time travelling up to give them support by taking his 2 year old brother for a few hours each day - still can't visit sick DGS due to C-19, hard times all round .
07/01 136 – 8.38 miles walked yesterday, still struggling foodwise, what I eat seems so insignificant compared to what my family is enduring right now!! Must try to get my head together!

few days late getting started here, but stepped on the scales this morning (6/30) and was horrified to see +5kg (thanks to iso). Historically, the 'just give me 10 days' board is my best friend every time I need to jump start weight loss, so i'm back.... for the 7000000th time. Hello again everyone, its not-so-great to be back, but i'm happy to see you

I hope your family’s health issues improve soon too. Genetic diseases can be so tricky to nail down and figure out what works. Especially in a little one.

07/01 - 126.5 lbs - stuck to healthy eating but was pushed unhealthy snack by family. 14K+ steps, sufficient water, higher on cals but healthy food other than the unplanned snack
