    I have been yoyoing the last few months mainly because I didn’t see my numbers decreasing pass 170 despite my effort. But that probably made it worse. I should have just stick with diet and exercise regardless of the scale. πŸ˜‚

    Hello! This is my first challenge group. I like the idea of doing the challenge as a team of sorts. I have a 5 day streak going for my food diary and feel encouraged. Starting is hard for me.
