Welcome to July, y'all! Hope everyone has a chance to get in some Summertime activities with everything that's going on. Being able to get outside daily has certainly helped me this Spring. Personally, I'm starting this month in a bit of a tiff over my current obsession with weighing 206. But that's why we're here, to move those numbers in a downward direction.

July 1: 155.6 lbs. My problem is emotion and stress based binging at night after little one has gone to bed. If anyone has overcome similar problems, please tell me how you did it.

I found it impossible to eat sensibly when you are absolutely utterly exhausted. Things only improved for me when little one eventually started sleeping. Also find a way for self-care to help reduce your stress, whether it's a little meditation/ online yoga, a bath, a good book, something that makes you feel better, talking to a friend? Exercise really helps me regulate my mood too. It is so hard when they are little to look after yourself, even just logging and monitoring is amazing to be doing right now

July 2020: started at 144.3 currently 144 so -.3 for July
Deficit based on .5 pounds per week, but trying to improve that with additional activity. Would love to see 139.9 by July 31. But will not de destroyed if I don't. My general goal is to weigh less in a month than I do now. And to hit minimum 5k steps on work days (office/desk job) and do more/move more on weekends/off days.1 -
