I finally broke through the plateau! I definitely prefer weighing myself once a week rather than daily: it reduced my stress level so much not dealing with daily fluctuations.
I recently took the somatotype quiz and found out I'm an endomorph, so I'm playing with my macros, increasing protein and decreasing carbs. I'm definitely carb sensitive, so it makes sense. The problem I'm having is trying to balance out the fat: I keep going over!4 -

Boy howdy did I bomb yesterday. I wasn't able to meet my water goal. I ended up eating past my stop time because I was so hungry and hadn't had a chance to get something to eat. I was starving when I went to bed last night but I know it was because I didn't get my water in. But I did resist the late night cravings last night so small victory. I have a plan ready for today so I don't flub up. Happy 4th of July everyone ! Happy Birthday to my sweet Momma and her twin sister my sweet aunt! Have a good one everyone!!
