Not off to a great start, but I plan on exercising everyday this week so hopefully I'll get everything else in order along with that. I haven't been drinking enough water lately because my water bottle is getting old and no matter how much I try to wash it it never seems completely clean. I should probably just deal with it and drink out of cups, but we have cats and small dogs who would see drink with no lid as a fancy tall water bowl! If anyone has any tips on cleaning metal bottles that are far too narrow to fit a sponge or a hand into, please let me know!5 -
