Back from camping, it was really nice to disconnect.
I don't think I was to far off calorie count wise- however was really heavy on the sodium, and starchy carbs. My pants in general required me to tighten the belt two notches, so I think its water weight. I even resisted eating s'mores!
I hope you all had a wonderful week:) will be scrolling back to check on you all.

@jewelelainecasey - you are doing awesome ! you inspire me
@Ayesha0624 - you are so close to your goal! You will make it for sure how exciting
@annieu613 -totally get it, diet breaks are so important mentally !
@PatriciaNeves2015 - you got this, it happens to everyone I think when there are big life changes.I hope the move is going smoothly !
@Making_Impossible_Possible no feedback on that app, but I think my cousin has it so I will ask her and circle back. Good job watching your sodium, I must admit I need to work on that.
@brittgreenlikethecolor88 -you are seriously crushing it!!
@cupcakesandproteinshakes a diet break sounds like the right approach, my deficit is similar so I get it! Hope the wine and visit were good !
@my4570 you can do it! I also cant wait to see how we do this month!
@Paz922 glad to hear the concussion is subsiding!!3 -
Happy Monday!
I gained .4 this week. It was not easy not being able to exercise as much because of my concussion. I lost a total of 11.6 lb. Thank you so much to everyone that is in this group. I feel that I am not alone.
I weigh 148.8 right now and I would like to be at 140 by August 31st.
I would like to suggest the new name to be "10 down by August 31st" I have to wait for customer service to change it. I think losing 5 lbs a month could be a good goal. What do you think?

Oh it’s 1 July. I’ve lost a pound and a half since I joined this challenge. I’m 135.4.
If we’re extending it to the end of July then I guess 133 would be a good goal for me.
Better buckle down a bit more.....
Hoping the gyms in the uk reopen soon I’m a bit fed up with lifting at home and on line step classes.3 -

I'm pretty pleased with my results. I do wish I had lost a little bit more, but I would rather lose fat slow and steady. I have also been doing a lot of heavy lifting workouts, so that may have contributed to the slower rate of loss. I do feel better about myself now than when I started, and I'm at my lowest weight in eight years!
I think my goal for the end of August will be 145lbs. I'm getting into the final 10lbs of weight loss, so I'd like to shoot to lose around 0.5lbs/week. I am also increasing my weight training, so trying to recomp a little bit.5 -

Hey all, I dropped off the radar there for a bit as the few beers crept back in and along with it more pounds! I'm back in action though so I plan to weigh in on weds and log food religiously like I did at the start of june. It's the only thing that works for me as I'm sure with most. Did anyone at all meet the 15lbs weight loss in june? I'm going to be realistic and aim to get to 150pounds by Halloween! I'm goin away for a few days then and think it is more achievable for me so I hope you all dont mind if I hang around here for a bit. Chat soon 😎2

I hope everyone had a good long weekend!
Also, do you think weighing your food is "weird" during maintenance? I'm have the worries of when I go back to school and live with friends, that I will gain weight back if I don't track at least at the beginning but also I don't want any of them to worry and think I have an eating disorder or anything. How would you best explain weighing food? I feel like for me it is so I have no idea what actual portions of food look like (what is considered a "normal amount") and so I don't have to waste measuring cups...but any ideas to normalize it? I haven't told anyone I know about my eating disorders from the past since they all happened during high school, and I never had BED relapses at school. So even though they don't track, I know that I should track, at least in the beginning, at school to make sure I don't fall into old bad habits and ruin the hard work I put in during quarantine/summer.
Anyways, I'm excited to be in the 117s, even though it is 117.9...because now I am finally reaching the weights I was when I was healthiest 4-5 years ago!

I dont really know where to begin this post.
3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage and have been emotionally eating. What I thought was just TOM in my first tri turned into something much more unfortunately.
I have been quiet and stewing. It's hard to share this news, but I think its important to my own re-commitment.
I am more determined vs ever to drop this weight and hopefully ttc later this fall. I am doing okay- I have been speaking with a therapist and I am much better.

I am sorry to hear that you’ve been having a difficult time. I understand how you feel. I had two miscarriages before my first daughter was born and two miscarriages after my second daughter. It is very hard emotionally and physically. Try not to push yourself too much. Taking care of yourself is a priority. Therapy really helps. 😊🌷🌸1 -

I am glad you are back! I lost almost 12 lbs. trying to lose 10 by August 31st!😊0 -
@grace173 welcome back you got this!
@my4570 - I dont think it is weird to weigh food well in maintenance- that's 100% where I goofed up two years ago and am back here- I still hadn't reprogrammed my brain portion size wise. Reading the forums by the greats over in the maintenance area, most of them who have successfully maintained 5+ years still do- for the most part they are a bit looser ie- dont weigh veggies, will just estimate a high calorie quick add when eating out etc. I only seen two post they still track everything to the t, but I guess it also is important to determine your maintenance range- as long as your willing to adhere to it I think you could play around with it. When people ask just be honest- this helps me recognize what a proper healthy portion is. I'd recommend going to check out the maintenance forums, lots of great advice and helpful people to ask
@Paz922 thank you- I have just been trying to take things slow and focus on my mental health. I appreciate the kind words<3.
Most of my water weight is now officially gone from my emotional eating roller coaster. Going to aim to get to 159 by end of August. Starting at 169.6 today.
Cheers all- have a great day!

Hey guys!
I haven't been active in the forum lately bc I've been so stressed out with planning my wedding. I'm literally not thinking about anything else except for this right now and its overwhelming especially with the pandemic. Hopefully the group will be extended again in August! Would love to pick back up then and get focused again.
Keep up the awesome works ladies!3 -
@MeganD1704 I’m so sorry about the bad news. Sending positivity your way and hoping you can focus on other good people and events in your life. Weight loss isn’t the number one priority in life, but taking good care of yourself and practicing self care is! The photo shoot sounds amazing; I love photoshoots because they focus on self love and remind you that you do this (weight loss and healthy eating) so you can feel the best and be the best version of yourself! Instead of only focusing on the numbers.
I just wanted to report how crazy water weight can be...two days ago, I weighed in around 119.5 (had a bad day Tuesday where I ate 2 bowls of cereal at midnight lol)
Today, I weighed in at 116.7! I’m about 2 weeks from reaching my goal weight, and then I’m going to cycle my way into maintenance (not going to maintenance cals right away to adjust my metabolism). I’ve been reading a good bit about calorie cycling, reverse dieting, metabolism boosting. Gyms aren’t open where I am still but I’m going to start doing fewer HIITs (20 min most days instead of 30 min) and doing more pilates/body weight exercises.
Enjoy the weekend everyone!!!
