    While this is a loss for the week, it is only down 0.9lbs for the month so far. Boy, was I ambitious with my goal. I feel some disappointment. I have been through this before with weeks of no real loss but then last month was great and I thought I was really going to see movement again this month. I think that while I have this knee pain, I am going to have to try lowering my calories even more. I am at 1320 now. Going lower requires more meal planning which is not my strength, but I am here to change the way I have been living, so I need to master this new challenge. I have re-started this weight loss journey again and again. I had a good run from the beginning of the year, but lost faith when the scale didn't move much. I made a goal to be consistent with my calories, water intake, and make a three month commitment before quitting. And this week I hit my 90 day steak. I made it to my three month goal! I need to celebrate these personal victories too - not just the scale numbers. Good health everyone as we move into week 3.
