7/8- 192.4- good drop but still have a lot to make up. My elliptical broke today so I improvised and ran 3 miles outside and now I’m super sore. Definitely need a new elliptical ASAP.

I'm so excited to weigh 143 lbs again! I can't wait to get to 142 lbs so I can finally feel like I'm back in the game. Overall it was a good day, stayed within my calories and all that jazz. I can't believe we're already more than half way though 2020. In exactly one month from now I'll be moving into my college dorm. I'll have to remember to pack extra hand sanitizer!
