    Saturday- 45 min spin and 35 min total body strength training class
    Sunday- rest day
    Monday- 80 min eliptical with resistance varying from 4 up to 16, 15 minute evening walk with my sister
    Tuesday-(itinerary) 35 minute run and 45 minute strength training/ cardio class

  • I am excited about this group. I am planning on going to Zumba and toning classes after work. I haven't exercised for about a year just due to pure laziness. I am embarrassed to admit that. I sure need the support and accountability.

    Wednesday September 7th: 13 minutes of walking (avg. speed 5.3 kph) (walked to the grocery store and back home)
