Ha! I'll tolerate a little bit of it in a lasagna if there's a lot of other stuff to distract me from it. But something like stuffed shells that has a wayyyy too big pasta to ricotta ratio.....no.1 -

I'll eat all kinds of stuff - including most kinds of sushi and even menudo (though I don't like it) - so I'll try most things once, but the one thing I'll probably never want to even try is escargot or sea cucumber.1

1 (plus some. . . .I am sorry to steer from the objective of the original post!!)
-soy
-wheat, grains, nor flours
-dairy (with the exception of occasional greek yogurt or no/low-fat cottage cheese)
-red meat
-egg yolk (whites, however, comprise a significant portion of my diet)
-nuts
-beans, legumes
-peas
-corn
-potato
-banana
-some citrus (clementines, for example)
**while I don't enjoy the taste of some of these, I've noticed that all of these items have caused adverse reactions and just don't seem to agree with my body.
I can and do soy and nuts but everything else the same.
I will add chicken/ meat and any animal. I stopped eating fish because I feel good without and ethical/ enviornmental/ spiritual reasons0 -

Raw onions and most cooked onion; I can not stand the after taste! Same with garlic. Both usually do not agree with me.
Sugar, refined sugar, white flour, potato chips, Doritos Pork rinds (Horror!) most snacks and packaged goods. Packaged dessert cakes, Pop Tarts, Kids Cereal, pie, cake, regular ice cream1 -
