On top of the list anything with cinnamon or garlic, honey and syrups, nutella, any kind of milks that are not from a cow. Follow by other things as well, but the list would be too lengthy for this thread .
Hmm, sounds like you don't eat much.
Yes I do and very healthy too . Chicken, fish/seafood, pork, beef, all kind of veggies and fruits, salads, lots of soups, olives, yoghurt, cottage cheese (all kind of cheeses), yams and sweet potatoes, regular potato, quinoa, butter, mustard, mayo, nuts, beans,and the list goes on.
I will often eat ricotta right out of the tub with a spoon!
Ha! I'll tolerate a little bit of it in a lasagna if there's a lot of other stuff to distract me from it. But something like stuffed shells that has a wayyyy too big pasta to ricotta ratio.....no.
I'll eat all kinds of stuff - including most kinds of sushi and even menudo (though I don't like it) - so I'll try most things once, but the one thing I'll probably never want to even try is escargot or sea cucumber.

-some citrus (clementines, for example)
**while I don't enjoy the taste of some of these, I've noticed that all of these items have caused adverse reactions and just don't seem to agree with my body.
I can and do soy and nuts but everything else the same.
I will add chicken/ meat and any animal. I stopped eating fish because I feel good without and ethical/ enviornmental/ spiritual reasons
