    Thank you mate - I’ve managed to drop a few lbs during the lockdown and get some decent training in...still some more to achieve though

    I can't since the words of enthusiastic encouragement I'd use would get me banned from MFP, then spouses would call me out if my name and any adult children would use their Gen Z savvy to dox me for trying to mess up their home lives 🤷🏿‍♀️
