Not sure how to quote replies, hoping this posts ok. I think you have it exactly right-- today is a new day!! I set calories pretty ambitiously-- then if I stick to calories half the days of the week, I still lose 0.5-1lb a week- and that's not bad! I think its key to keep coming back to it as often as possible, and to keep imperfect days as close to *maintenance* as possible, so even when progress is slow its still trending in the right direction. That's my philosophy on it anyway! Also I live alone and have been working from home since March, so I don't have much else to think about :-D0 -

I’m going to do this by tracking my calories so I can be more aware of what I choose to eat. I’m also going to track my water and exercise. I’ll practice visualizing this and feeling energetic and proud every morning and evening. I’m ready.4 -
