    After 2 years and 8 months, I have reached my UGW. :)

    What's next? Maintenance, muscle gain and toning my stomach.

    One Regret: Not taking measurements from Day One - 11/6/2017...thinking back, perhaps I did not want to know.

    Overall Loss from Nov 2017 to July 2020: 38.2 lbs --- Over 35 lbs!!

    I got a new scale the first week of May so I gained what I lost the last challenge. :|
    Oh well, a gain or loss was expected.

    June 26: 110.4 @ 6am ... yesterday: 15k steps, 1130 cals, 6 cups of water, 98g protein, 120g carbs, 34g fat, 2201mg sodium ... I know I will gain tomorrow after I plan to have pizza and mozzarella sticks for dinner ... you can't always eat healthy and I will work it off this weekend.
    June 29: 111.2 @ 7am ... yesterday: 12k steps, 1190 cals, 5 cups of water, 44g protein, 188g carbs, 30g fat, 1813mg sodium ... 30% BF :) - I don't understand the gain from Sun (110.8) since I had 458 extra calories that I did not eat back. Tomorrow is another day.
