    Getting back into the groove an lost almost all of the weight I gained in July. Hubby joined nutrisystem so itโ€™s going to be so much easier to stay on track now. First mini goal is in sight ... onederland!


    @Beka3695 @thelastnightingale So many of you are hitting or nearing major milestones. Congratulations, you are all an inspiration to me.

    Thanks @motivatedsister and @azkunk. I'm so pleased! Another 2 stone ish to go until I drop down to a BMI of 24.9, but I feel like I can do it.

    Look forward to you joining me in onederland soon, @azkunk! You're not far off. It's great that your hubby is joining you, support at home always helps. :)

    Weighed in sunday on the same scale i used last week that wasn't mine. I definitely didn't reach my 6k steps every day but i did reach my calories goals every day. Sunday had a nice 3.5 mile walk to round off the weekend and i just finished my fixer upper treadmill project tonight so now i have a treadmill of my own.
    Two weeks ago: 193.8
    Last week: 191.6
    Sunday: 190.2
    Mini goal: 188 (by sept 15)
    GW:155 (been changing this some)
