Getting back into the groove an lost almost all of the weight I gained in July. Hubby joined nutrisystem so itโs going to be so much easier to stay on track now. First mini goal is in sight ... onederland!

I love how so many have set goals around BMI and are celebrating the major victories of below 35, 30, and 25. Iโm still a little way off to get below 35 ... 197.8. But looking forward to crossing over to onderland.6

Weighed in sunday on the same scale i used last week that wasn't mine. I definitely didn't reach my 6k steps every day but i did reach my calories goals every day. Sunday had a nice 3.5 mile walk to round off the weekend and i just finished my fixer upper treadmill project tonight so now i have a treadmill of my own.
Two weeks ago: 193.8
Last week: 191.6
Sunday: 190.2
Mini goal: 188 (by sept 15)
