I met my goal yesterday! I'm surprised it happened so early. My average weight loss this year at most has been 3 lb. per month. The weight has been coming off quickly while I have been aiming for certain macros every day (30% carbs, 40% fat, 30% protein) and keeping my calories under 1300. I'll keep going and see what I can accomplish by labor day.4 -

Today, I officially hit 20 pounds lost since March 2020! I’m very happy with my progress so far, but I’m learning to take it easy on myself.
