I really appreciate these threads. Iβm getting close to goal and have reduced my deficit to slow down a bit. Hoping to lose around 4lb in August. Wishing everyone a great month!
Just went back to look at my framing from the start of August (above). I reduced my deficit and also had a few days off last week that are taking a while to balance out. I didn't hit my goal of 4lb but the scale kept moving slowly down and I only need to look at that starting weight for a bit of perspective. I might just reach goal-goal in September.
