Please join us in September for an accountability month! You may weigh in daily or weekly Personally, I like to weigh in daily with the understanding that weight fluctuates. I’m in! Just finished August successfully. Weekly weigh ins work best for me. The daily fluctuations mess with my head too much!4

I'm excited to join in, even though I don't have much to waste. My goal for September will be to get rid of the 3-4 pounds I gained during summer holidays and travels!2

This is a stressful month. My children are attending their school district online and I have surgery on Friday! I want to focus on eating healthy and staying hydrated this month. I am worried about stress and comfort eating. I need to start focusing on finding some coping strategies beforehand, but I am stressing out now just by taking the time to work on this. I would be grateful for any suggestions! Well wishes to everyone!

You have a lot on your plate! I know it's so hard to do, but really your focus will need to be on recovering from surgery and resting. Meal plan quick and easy items. Do you have time to meal prep and freeze items this week before surgery? Perhaps your focus this month should be recovering from surgery and not try to lose weight. Avoid the scale completely because surgery causes inflammation and water retention. Hang in there, it will be ok.2 -
