I would love to participate since I need to lose this weight I've gained and need motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend I try to post my diary daily and could use encouragement so I don't overeat sugar/carbs! I am 5'4 & will be 49 in Oct. My goal weight is 145 healthy weight, but would feel so much better back at 150 if I can't get back down to 140s ever again.

I'm in. Sept 1: 147 lbs.
Sept 2: 149 lbs. (there was an issue with popcorn, buttery buttery popcorn, and a large microwave mug cake)
I live alone in an 800 sf duplex and the quarantine has led to a lot of stress, boredom, and lonely eating. I am going to lose 14 lbs, eat mindfully, consume a whole food plant based diet, and cut out the night time snacking!! Thanks for being here.3 -

I've decided to aim for around 30 grams of carbs, but wanted to finish my bread before it went bad. So yesterday I had 56 grams of carbs but found myself eating around 1200 and still feeling full.3 -
Aug: 144.4 -> 143.2 or 139.2 depending on when you count!
Sept start weight: 139.2lb (not sure I trust my scale though, I was 143.2 on 08/31)
