So so close to the one hundreds!!! I started the Nita Strauss Body Shred Challenge today. It is a 12 week workout program. I also am starting my half marathon buildup training program. We will see what happens.
I will still try to stay low carb most of the time. Have a great September all!!2 -

Wednesday September 02 - 143.8 - 18 days until my 60th birthday - my goal was to be 130 which obviously won't be happening. MFP has been saying "137 in 5 weeks" since January of this year. Yesterday it said "133 in 5 weeks". 2 pounds in 18 days might be realistic, I am a very slow weight loser. Yes, I do plan to be indulgent over my birthday getaway, but not out of control indulgent after all of this hard work.1 -

@dawnbgethealthy A couple friends and I wrote down the number MFP told us a couple weeks ago. We've been tracking ever since. Looking forward to getting to that 5 week mark to see if we're even close. The good news is....it got me tracking again!
Enjoy your birthday celebration/celebrationS! Lemme guess...ribs?!2 -

Haha, I'm not sure what I will be eating on my actual birthday, I will be away. You are right though, I do eat ribs once per month or so, so fattening!
That number by MFP - if you eat/workout the same every day as you did today you will weigh...
I will be interested if it works out for you, it doesn't for me usually : - )
Glad that you are tracking again! I lost weight once before, stopped tracking and measuring, thinking that I knew approximately. I gained 40 pounds and with tracking have managed to get that back off. I will always have to track, not being an ectomorph. I am okay with that, it keeps me focused on my weight and nutrients.1 -

I am down two from last Friday to 170.2. Dang that POINT 2. I SO wanted the next decade. I'm gunnin' for you! Next week I'll hit it. I'm starting a new exercise video program with a friend. 21 days of workouts. Not looking forward to it. They look really hard and she's 20 years younger than me. Ha! I want the results though so I'm in!1

Ugh!! I've been under calories and under 20 net carbs ALL week and i GAINED!!! So frustrating. I started a new workout challenge so I am hoping this is just water retention.2 -
@lizziebtothec stick with it. You're doing all the right stuff. What workout are you doing to do?
I'm going to be trying the BB MBF for 21 days. I watched a sample today. Looks tough. I'm tougher. Ha!
Keep at it. My starting weight was 228 back in the day. Kept it off for the most part. These pesky last ones I take off and put back on will be the death of me.
Hang in there! Have a great long weekend!

BBMBF - Beach Body ??? What does the MBF stand for? Melt Body Fat?
They say after 21 days that things become a habit @rmwb529
I am a workout-er. I need it for sanity, clarity, weight loss, joint lubrication, escapism and a myriad of other things.
I look forward to hearing how it goes. Great that you have a friend to do it with, that is extra motivation. Lovely to add it to the tracker also!0
