Edit-
Because I do have first hand knowledge. 3+years and $1M + in costs for a company who contracted me for FDA approval to go to market with an implantable device. They are still working towards approval.
Have you ever written on somebody's white face mask in black sharpie pen ?
When someone is that angry, embarrassed and distracted... Covid-19 is the last thing on their mind.
I actually wore a mask backwards once for the white side and drew a red Joker smile on it with a sharpie 🤷🏽♂️...
The fumes gave me a headache 😂1 -

Here is my rant of the day: I take online classes and one professor is killing me because she has set up an assignment wrong, but will not look into her mistake and fix it.
The 10 point assignments that she has set up has 300-400 questions and take 4+ hours to complete. We have 2 a week in addition to reading, listening to lectures, and taking tests.
She says that it should just be 100 questions and take an hour. But she thinks that I am mistaken (along with my classmates) or managing my time poorly. She keeps saying if I read/listened to the lectures, then I could complete it quicker.
If she would LOOK at it, instead of just assuming I am wrong, she would see that even the website estimates it taking 4 hours and that it is not only 100 questions long.3 -

Rant: I was feeling like a Karen today while getting my oil changed because they were taking way longer than they said it would and I was on my lunch break.
So I was shooting impatient eye daggers, when another customer came in and was unbelievably nice and patient. "No worries, brother, take your time. No sense getting upset over little stuff like this-- especially during this season." Then I realized, I am the worsttttttt.5 -
When I was little, like kindergarten...
We use to have this *kitten* neighbor that owned a Doberman, a pit bull and I think a rottweiler or something...
They use to jump the fence all the time and chase all the kids around...
I don't know if this has anything at all to do with it but to this day... I'm just not an animal lover...
I don't hate dogs... But they just make a mess and take up time I don't have... Everyone freaks out over dogs but I'm honestly annoyed whenever I'm out walking with my little kids and see someone coming the opposite direction with a dog...
Take your damn dog in the street or over in the grass... I don't know you, nor your damn dog and have little faith you did a good job with it....3 -

I respect this, and I'm usually more than happy to take my dog into the grass, or in some cases step off to the side and wait for the person to pass as it may be impassable on either side of the sidewalk. My dog is my responsibility, especially in public, and should not be a burden to others.
I feel the reverse at times though. When I'm out walking my dog people need to control their kids. (I have kids as well). I don't know your kids, and you don't know my dog. I don't have time to stop so you can pet her, and I definitely don't want your kids petting my dog if they are going to stress her out by pulling/pushing, petting in a way she doesn't want.5 -
I want food. But nothing seems appealing and this makes me angry 😠3

You know what... I totally get this and can respect it just the same... 🙌🏼1 -
