Aug 25th starting weight 193.8
Jan 1st goal weight 175
Aug 28th 192.8 ( this month overall I haven't lost or gained any weight. Going to need to refocus if I want to see any progress.)
I ended up losing 3 lbs for the month of August. Which from my trending app was all in the last 7 days.
Ready for whatever September brings.

Due to fires in my area we've almost been evacuated twice, and several close friends and family have lost their homes. Entire streets of homes and businesses are now gone, and some of the fires are 0% contained.)

I'd like to lose 7 lbs by December 31st, and at least two inches off my belly.
I don't own a scale but I get weighed at the end of every month.
Last weight was 154.6 (155) 8/26/20
Waist circumference today 35" (at belly button)
The plan is to eat 1700 calories / day and do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
I'm sticking mostly to YouTube videos and walking since gyms are closed, otherwise I'd be lifting.
I lost 27 lbs in 2019 entirely by weightlifting. I've only lost 5 lbs this year, but I still feel pretty good about that!

I have achieved my goal of exercising 5 days this week for at least 20-30 minutes. I intend to workout 5 days per week until I reach my goal weight of 135 (148 for this challenge until the end of the year).
I've been eating at a 300 calorie deficit for about 3 days now. The bad news is that I feel hungry and sometimes get headaches. The good news is that in the morning before I've eaten, my stomach looks a teeny bit smaller every day.

I've hit a bit of a mini-plateau, but that's OK. Climbing down to a plateau is always better than climbing up to one.
