This month has been very slow. 🐌 I know it saw going to slow down a bit due to be closer to my goal, and my exercise has reduced as I have not been walking as much due to it getting dark earlier. This week I have tried to increase my exercise by changing my routine to get up earlier and go for a walk before I start work. Hopefully this will help me to shed the last 14lbs.

I think this is why mine has really slowed down too. When I was tracking in July I was taking the kids out for a lot of walks. Now its too cold and bundling them up takes forever so we don't go as often.

It is hard when it gets colder and darker. I am definitely more of a hibernate under the duvet during the colder months. It is going to take a lot of determination and willpower to keep getting out.

I guess I could look into finding exercise I enjoy that I can do at home for the days I've decided I am going to stay in the warmth.

Why is the quote thing so weird lol. The tags dont show that my comment should be a quote. Oh well lol.

Yeah same. I set up my weights again so as soon as we buy a heater i should be able to get back into that.

Oct 27: 128.2 lb there. Got to my 128ish goal with a few days to spare. See i knew it was reasonable. I started weighing my food a bit better and reduced calories to 1500 instead of 1600 to account for the fact that I am not taking the kids outside everyday any more now that its cold. Plus I suspect I was holding onto some water weight from my cycle and some new exercise.

It looks I've lost alot this week, but I discovered my scales were not working properly. Now I have working scales it looks like a big drop.

Overall I am really happy with the rate ive lost weight over the past 3 months. My next goal is to get to 147lbs and see how I feel. If I feel I need to a loose a little bit more I will aim for 140lbs.

Thank you to everyone who has joined and taken part in this challenge. It has been really encouraging and helped me to keep going.

If people are interested I am happy to set-up another thread for another 3 month challenge.
