Clap push-ups (not quite right... I still don't have enough strength to push myself far enough to have time to reposition the hands accordingly - but this was mid workout... maybe all try again more rested).

So the other night my husband told me "You have a gorgeous back. How beautifully the back muscles are showing." And I was like "Huh? Really?" because I usually take comparison photos from the front and haven't seen my back in while. Also, my back never knew anything but 3-4 fat folds so having no folds was a win anyway.
Yesterday I've recorded myself doing a negative chin-up to contour the back muscles better.
OH MY GOD, GUYS! My back muscles are really starting to show! I'm exhilarated!

Thank you! They are from Decathlon, the Domyos brand but I have them since 2018. Maybe you'll find something similar. I have 6 pairs and they are all in great condition.

2020 - My cookie jar (I've started from zero in January):
1. Getting to my target weight, 57kg that I haven't had since 10 years ago (-10kg).
2. Building the discipline to workout 4-6 days a week, even if I have to wake up at 5AM to have the time for it (I'm not a morning person).
3. Rowing for 60 minutes in intervals.
4. Going from zero to 50 push-ups/set.
5. Doing my 1st chin-up ever.
6. Doing 2h of yoga/stretching for mobility and flexibility per week.
7. Doing the front splits for the first time ever.
8. Doing a head stand for the first time ever.
9. Doing a clap push-up for the first time ever.
10. Doing an assisted hand stand for the first time ever.
11. Getting abs.
12. Gaining muscle mass.
13. Doing a wall-sit squat for 6min25s.
14. Having a much better nutrition.
15. Working out 4-6h/week.
16. My longest workout was 2h.
17. Going from zero dumbbells' (cause my upper body had zero strength) to 7.5kg dumbbells' in 9 months.
18. Completing Heather Robertson's 12 weeks program.
19. Doing a ninja jump (jumping from the knees on the feet) for the first time ever.
20. Positively influencing people around me to make positive changes.8 -

I finally did the pistol squat, yay! I'll have to improve the form but I'll take the win.
