My Name is Donna. I am 60 years old and I live in the Midwest USA. I am 5’ 5” tall. My relapse in my weight loss journey started last November (2019) so I am here to make sure my situation does not get worse as we enter another season that is laden with many food-filled holidays. Most challenges weigh daily or weekly. I will experiment with weighing intermittently during this challenge.

Goal: 194.5 by January 1st 2020
I am starting this challenge late.
October 18: 208.2 My weight went up overnight. Too much bread.
October 21: 206.2 Wow! Proud of my changes but it will likely level off soon on my scale.
October 27: 210.4 Travel Yesterday. I wasn’t going to post today but I just want to face my truth. I also want to share that the struggle is real. We are in this together folks! Today I will try for a great healthy day!
November 3: 207.6 Better than last time but I am still not making the best choices.

It's nice to see people still at it and new people who have joined since I last posted. My weight loss has slowed down a lot. I weighed in at 191.6 this morning.
I have started a new job that I love, and while it burns a lot of calories, I was basically at maintenance because I was so hungry for the first three weeks. I'm back at a reasonable deficit now and have cut carbs to reduce my hunger.
I won't make my goal of 174, but I still hope to get to 184 which will be 50 pounds down.
Anyway, congrats to everyone who is sticking with it.4 -

I'm glad to be out of the 190s. It took me three months to lose ten pounds. That's not bad, but I was growing tired of seeing 19x on the scale. Woohoo!!!3 -
