I'm still working on the full backbend. I can feel how good the stretch is, even with the stool, so I wanna get it so bad...without cracking my neck in six places.

@maltedtea you made me try a backbend. I saw your comments and I thought, HUH? Arn't those easy? Well I guess the last time I did one was about 50 years ago (literally) when it was easy as a 9 year old and it was easy THEN.5

Yes, I know this does not follow the originally outlined schedule but I'm pretty sure I'm going to max out at 10 min sessions. That said, I can do this in tabata format (basically going through all 12 multiple times but likely no more than 3 tabata rounds/session by month-end).
