Oh boy looks like I’ve discovered exactly the about of calories and exercise it takes to maintain 179 pounds. So I better be doing something different if I’m actually going to drop weight. A lot of that comes from the people in a group I’m in here harassing me into eating a minimum number of calories, which forces you to rely only on exercise to get to a deficit. Alright ramble done3 -

Wow, I never expected to see this number after stepping on the scale today. It’s probably just a fluctuation but still, it’s been a pretty good week. There was only one day this week that I went above my daily calorie goal as well as only one day that I didn’t reach 10 000 steps which I’m really happy about. My next goal is to reach my daily serving of fruits, vegetables, and protein as I found that I'm not eating as much as I should, especially when I’m limiting my calories. To do this I’m going to start pre logging enough fruits, vegetables, and protein for the day in order to reach my daily recommended amount. Good luck to everyone and stay safe!5 -
