    December 21: 120 - I've officially reached my goal, and have lost 110lbs. It feels like a dream. I love the way I look and feel at this weight, and may or may not lose a little bit more just to give myself a little cushion. Plus, I'm not ready to move into "maintenance" just yet. Will continue my current plan for now. Loving life!!!
    December 28: 120 - no loss this week, but I'll take it as a win coming off the holidays!

    December 01: 207.6 Not a good start.
    December 07: 202.6 Burning it off with the unpacking from the move.
    December 14: 203.4 Christmas goodies that I should be avoiding.
    December 21: 206.0 Well, there it is. In writing. Very stark. And right in the midst of Christmas week as I prepare to bake and also become a fudge making machine. Clearly I cannot control the Christmas goodies well. So I will try to control what I think I can right now. My actual meals, my movement and my water drinking. It will go A LONG WAY in helping to mitigate the damage.
    December 28: 205.2 I don’t think its possible to make goal, but I’ll aim for the best.
    December 31: 207.0 Chinese for the past 2 days. Celebrations tonight. Goal is to carefully monitor the food and portions tonight to allow room for a few cocktails.

    Definitely slowed down the last few weeks. Need to start being more disciplined with myself. Although, close to four pounds lost is still something to be proud of. I think I might try intermittent fasting. Has anyone tried this? how has it worked for you?

    Ramble: on
    Oh boy looks like I’ve discovered exactly the about of calories and exercise it takes to maintain 179 pounds. So I better be doing something different if I’m actually going to drop weight. A lot of that comes from the people in a group I’m in here harassing me into eating a minimum number of calories, which forces you to rely only on exercise to get to a deficit. Alright ramble done
