I have a friend that runs his own pirate web page on fb and I think it's funny how I now get a lot of suggested friends that are all guys dressed as Jack Sparrow.

I think I need to collect these people.

In my friend list, not bell jars.

This 90 calorie Dark Chocolate Nut & Sea Salt Kind Mini Bar is just not getting it 😒. Sometimes you just really Need to do a line of oreos!
Coming of age in the eighties, as I did, that’s an incredibly disturbing visual for me. 👃

Also, I recently made myself sick on a box of kind bars. I have issues

Another national lockdown about to happen 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Noooooo

Scotland has already announced there’s , starts midnight tonight, boris is making his announcement at 8pm 🤷🏻‍♀️

Everyone in tier 5, as in lockdown 😒

what does that mean for you?

We can’t leave home unless it’s for medical reasons, to care for someone or to go to work that can’t be done from home or to shop for food and essentials only. Everything non essential is closed down. You can go out for exercise but not leave your village town or area in larger town and cities.

What the government deems 'essential' seems to be a moving target at times.

Some days I am so tired of feeling like crap (stomach and GI) wise.

4 days now of a flare up and I just want to punch the freaking wall.

It makes it hard to eat, which makes it hard to get energy, which makes it hard to lift. And that makes me grumpy. 😡

Sorry for whining. I am just really mad about it today.

Ooof. Sorry 😔 Have you talked to your doc about probiotics and if they could help your GI woes?

@KickassAmazon76 You've had all kinds of tests and they've never found anything? IBS? Allergies to dairy or anything? Are they positive you're not allergic to gluten? Hope they can figure it out soon.

Well, I just had yet another scope, and the doc scheduled a call to talk to me tomorrow about it. So who knows what she plans on telling me. I have been tested for celiac disease, and that was ruled out as an allergy. I am also slightly lactose intolerant, but I never drink milk and cheese never really bothered me. I've been told I don't have allergies per se, but I do know I have reactions to melons and greek yogurt, fresh garden tomatos. Who knows what else.

I think this last week is a result of a few days trying protein powder and now (if that is what it was) it's probably going to be at least a week before I feel remotely better. It's just that constant feeling of being sucker punched and wanting to heave, but yet at the same time feeling hungry and not wanting to eat... It makes me really grumpy.

The doc just referred me to a specialist. Took me about 5 months to get the scope (and results hopefully tomorrow). In some ways, bad news (i.e. something is wrong) is more welcome than good news... because at least then I'll have something to do to fix it.
