I've gained some weight back since going back to school in the fall and I'm feeling ready to be a little more aware of what I'm eating again. Hopeful that gyms will open back up in a week or two here and I can start working out there. We're headed for a cold snap soon!

I suspect a similar outcome to you when I weigh tomorrow. I lost the first couple of pounds faster than I expected and so now I think I’m at a most realistic loss for the three weeks. We most don’t have a ton to lose, so don’t beat yourself up!

I'm happy to be back into it! I knew it was my snacking that was adding up throughout the fall/early winter so logging is keeping me honest. I am a definite evening grazer so I'm doing my best to curb that. I've been making dinner as soon as I get home from work. I'm also trying to distract myself with masters work and drinking tea. So far it's been working this week. I'm hoping the snacky cravings start to subside soon!5 -
