Last Week's Successes: I got back on the horse the very next morning after I fell off.

Last Week's Challenges: It was a disappointing week. I struggled with drinking my daily water goal. Although I was under calories, I still gained, which then lead to a night that I caved and allowed myself to eat over my calories.

Next Week's Plan: Pre-plan my dinner calories. Focus on water consumption. Force myself to exercise.

Realized I need to change my check in day to Monday. We do a lot of short road trips and camping M-F. I need a couple of days to flush out the travel toxins.

This week's successes: Lots of water to flush our all the salts. 8.5 mile run yesterday. Diet back on track.

This week's challenges: Camping for the next 3 days.

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
A pound a week seems reasonable
I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

Past week's successes: After many days of pasta and carbs … started back on my low carb way of eating. Need to include more water as well this week.
This week's challenges: Need to STOP snacking and eating carbs all day!
