    Starting weight: 174.7lbs (Jan. 13, 2021)
    Goal weight: ~135lbs (5'3", 23.9BMI)

    Jan. 13: 174.7
    Jan. 19: 168.8
    Jan. 26: 168.4
    Feb. 2: 167.5
    Feb. 9: 166.5
    Feb. 16: 164.7

    CW: 164.7 lbs
    Total weight lost: 10 lbs

This week's successes: I went out to the mountains yesterday and went snowshoeing, it was a blast. It felt great to be out there, I haven't had a nice day out in the Rockies since December.
This week's challenges: It's reading week this week, and I have a lot of schoolwork to catch up on, as well as some sleep.

This week's challenges: I need to find a constructive way to fight off being cold. My tendency has been to wrap up and sit by my heater instead of getting up and moving. I’m going to move more this week.

This! It's so chilly in my apartment, and all I want to do is put on big sweaters, fuzzy socks and curl up in a bunch of blankets.

    Last week: 298
    Current weight: 298
    Weekly loss: 0 lbs
    Total weight lost: 6 lbs

    This week's successes:
Nothing to brag about. The snow storm in the PNW really threw me off. I was stuck at work and eating fast food again, with minimal steps. I think I should have lost some, but increased salt added water.

    Next week's challenges:
Hope to see a good drop this week, though outside walks are still a challenge in the snow.

We have been stuck at home for 5 days now with the Ice storm here in Southern LA. We are not prepared for this type of weather, give me a Hurricane any day over the Cold. Needless to say I have not been to the gym and my eating habits were so-so at best. Thankfully we had power and heat through all of this and I am ready to get back on track next week.

Yes! I'd rather drown in a hurricane than freeze to death in the cold. No ice or power outages here in Chalmette but there were some rolling blackouts in New Orleans this week.

This week's successes - I had my last day at work and my colleagues threw a party, I tracked every morsel that passes my lips.

Next week - I plan to get out walking every day no matter the weather. I have an appointment with my neurologist this week, she set me a goal to lose 21lb and I have gained rather than lost so I know she won't be happy, I just need to be strong and not let it send me into a meltdown and do more emotional eating which is what got me to where I am now :(

    Starting weight: 189.8 (2/14/2021) I'm 5'4"
    Current weight: 186.8
    Goal weight: 142
Total weight lost: 3 of 47 pounds

I'm doing a 30-min weight workout every day and a 30-min walk. I'm logging everything, even if I go over my allotted calories (1900 a day). I've actually been eating more like 2300 a day and I'm still losing weight. I wonder how many I was eating when I wasn't keeping track.
It's hard not to get discouraged when I look in the mirror or see the number on the scale. I'm so much bigger than I've ever been before. But one pound at a time will eventually add up, and the time is going to pass anyway.

This week's successes: inflamed chest muscle now healed
This week's challenges: TOM unfortunatley, which led to 3 ravenous days where I overate. Was finally able to get back to bellydancing fully on Wednesday, so a few days of no exercise and 3 days of over calories led to a weight gain of half a kilo. I'm just greatful it wasn't 2 kilos!! Looking forward to a full week going forward with exercise 6 days of the week and calories under control.

    This week's successes: Logging

This week's challenges: The scale is jumping all over the place and has me confused. Last week I weighed in at 207.6 and the next day it jumped to 213 then down to 209 the next. The up then down readings happened all week. I was afraid to step on the scale this morning. At first I thought maybe the batteries were low but my husband's weight has been constant all week. The additional running (kids sports games) costed me several workouts this week. Yesterday, was my first workout in four days and getting back into the groove was super rough. Thank goodness the kids sport season was condensed and this is the last week according to school schedule as of now. However, I learned my lesson - I need to come up with a Plan B for workouts.

    01/01/2021 - 218.8 lbs....02/07/2021 - 210.6 lbs
    01/10/2021 - 216 lb........02/14/2021 - 207.6 lbs
    01/17/2021 - 214.6 lbs....02/21/2021 - 207 lbs
    01/24/2021 - 210.6 lbs
    01/31/2021 - 211.2 lbs
