Had a really tough week mentally. I'm disappointed in myself because I was not sticking to my plans and gave up for a better half of the week. I hope I can do better next week.4 -
Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
A pound a week seems reasonable
I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

Past week's successes: Can’t think of a success last week … Texas winter storm. Losing electricity & water, stress, house hopping, feeding everyone, too much junk food, carbs, candy and wine. Gave in to everything. Also less exercise so the outcome was predictable.
This week's challenges: Choosing one critical healthy habit per day to pick back up to get myself back into the groove.
Sun - 80 oz water
Mon - net carbs < 50
Tues - Vitamins
Wed - Bike once per week
Thurs - 4th day AF (alcohol free … did I do it?)

This week's successes: I got more than 10,000 steps every day this week. I also managed to meditate a couple times.
This week's challenges: My calories are sort of all over the place. That's why I'm showing such a big loss today. I had some higher calorie days from the 12th-18th (2100-3000 cals), and then have been eating quite a bit less (around 1800 cals) for the last 4 days. I need to even it out and eat a bit more so that I keep a 1lb/week loss.6 -

It is my husbands birthday on Saturday and i plan to enjoy it with him, im giving myself an extra 500 calories for a treat with him6 -
Just popping in to say hello!
Today is Wednesday, February 24th... and the first day is Spring is March 20th...so we are only 24 days away from the first day of Spring here in the United States. Can you feel Spring Fever... I know I can.
The sun is out in Michigan this morning, and Roxie and I had a nice 1 mile walk around the neighborhood. It’s actually 41 degrees out and sunny. We had to watch for some icy spots on the sidewalks, but all in all it was AWESOME!
Have a great day!

This week's successes / challenges:
I'm back down to where I was a few weeks ago, and I am happy about getting back on track. I find it crazy how taking a week to 9 days off from the gym (due to the severe Cold weather here in the South) my body is sore from my workouts. Hopefully next week will be better.8 -

Last Week's Successes: Finally getting myself back under the 180s.
Last Week's Challenges: I am really struggling with body image.
This Week's Plan: Hit EVERY meal under/at my calorie goal and carb goals so I can figure out if the MFP calculator calories for losing 1 pound a week is working. While I have been good, I haven't been consistent.4 -
Starting weight: 247.4 lbs (1/1/2021)
Goal weight for 2021: 196
Current weight: 239.8 lbs (2/26/2021)
Total weight lost: 7.6 lbs
This week's successes: Maintenance, I guess? I went over pretty much every day - no excuse, I just didn't do a good job at staying under budget. I did log everything honestly, though, so that's something.
This week's challenges: I couldn't even tell you why I snacked so much this week. My breakfast and lunch both had decent protein and fiber, or so I thought. My husband and I have been getting up early - he started his clinical practicum this week and needs to be at his site by 7 AM, which means our household now wakes up at 6 AM. It's been nice for me, having all this time in the morning, but maybe just being awake longer has contributed to the snacking, I don't know.3 -
I am 51 year old 6'0" with a Thyroid issue, that I am on Meds for, and tore my Achilles in May. My weight constantly yoyo's and the up is more than the down. Heaviest I have ever been.
I have been unable to do any cardio and the weight has continued to creep up. I also have a torn Meniscus but can still get around.
