Successes this week- working out every day with Gina B- Up to the Beat Fitness on UTube.
Happy to get in my 30 minutes of exercise every day and walk the dog every day. Logging my food... all of it.

    Setbacks- overeating. Snacking junk food.
The hardest part of weight loss.

I am working on getting it all of the cogs to work together. Here is to a new month and upcoming Spring!

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
A pound a week seems reasonable
I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

2021 weight loss: 3.9 lost & regained 6 lbs this year ARGHHHHH Working to get back down
    Total weight lost: 36.9

Past week's successes: Choosing critical habits to focus on to kickstart losing the weight I had regained was smart. Maybe I should focus on them all the time!
    • Sun - 80 oz water
    • Mon - net carbs < 50
    • Tues - Vitamins
    • Wed - Bike once per week
    • Thurs - 4th day AF (alcohol free … did I do it?)
    • Fri - 5th day journaling food < 1500 cal per day
    • Sat - Planks & hand weights
The week’s challenge: Rain so will not walk as much as I like. Stress as my DD’s one year anniversary party details need to be finalized and I’m running behind on the planning execution piece. Don’t eat through the stress!
