This week's challenges: Not too many, honestly. I feel pretty good. I'm taking a refeed/diet break week now and eating at maintenance, so I expect to stay the same next week, too. Here's to eating a bunch of food!7 -

This week's challenges: Weight is not coming off as easy as it was the first 9 weeks of this challenge. Continue to focus and maintain the losing trend. Take advantage of improving weather and immunity to increase activity.

No gain or loss, as my eating habits were not the best this week. That is my goal this week is to curb my night time snacking.7 -

Successes this week- working out every day with Gina B- Up to the Beat Fitness on UTube.
Happy to get in my 30 minutes of exercise every day and walk the dog every day. Logging my food... all of it. I’ve been consistently getting over 10,000 steps and eating at or under my calorie goal.
For lunch this week I’ve been eating premade chopped salads...all of it...and it takes me longer to eat since I graze on it all afternoon.
By doing this, my need to snack has stopped. It’s been strangely amazing! I’m am not starving at all, either!
Setbacks- No real setbacks this week! Just need to drink more water.
Here is to a March restart and upcoming Spring!
