    Hi everyone - I lost 2.6lbs this week so down to 165lbs...yippeee

    Didn't realise I was going to lose so quickly at the start! I have no idea what a realistic goal for target would be now... Happy to just keep losing! :-)

    Thanks guys, looking at your goals and targets gives me a yardstick and way of looking at all of this 'stuff'. I've never dieted in my life before! (Well not for longer than 24 hours!!!)

    This is going to be a hard week for me! I just worked my last day I am a waitress. Yes I am 6 month pregnant and still want to work,but they wont let me anymore. I love my job and I was getting away with out exercising the last 3 months. I plan on doing walk away the pounds and some light strength training. Not going to do to much but got to do something. I am glad I have all to keep me motivated.:heart:

    Yay a loss of 600grams or 1.3pounds. I am happy for this to be recorded in pounds but I am putting up both as my head works in kgs so till I get use to it I need to see both.

    I reflect back over the week to see what helped my me. I drank loads more green tea. Relaxed with my exercise, ie. did gardening and enjoyed it. I also didn't eat out as much, gee that makes a difference.

    This was such a bad week - health, eating and exercise-wise - and my weight shows it. I plan to get back on track this week. I have no plans to go back to where I was when I started MFP. Yes, I exercised this week, but not at the intensity I'm used to due to health reasons. Yes, I was under my calories, but I've eaten crap for the past few days. It's a new day and a new week!!! :drinker:
