You have many reasons to celebrate, congratulations. I found this quote from Amelia Earhart helpful on my own health journey. "The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward."

This morning I finally reached my weight loss goal of 215lbs. I am now currently 174 lbs.
I have to admit I'm a little bit nervous now as I look to increase my caloric intake while dialing back my cardio a bit more and increase weight training. I think as long as I continue to log my meals I can make any necessary adjustments as needed. I know I will gain some muscle weight in that is fine but still very excited.
I hope everyone has a great day.

Question: what did you do when things got tough? What mental strategise did you use?
For me I always had goals/target dates for the weight loss I wanted achieved.
That's not to say I didn't hit my roadblocks because I did, or was just mentally and physically broken at
times but I just knew I didn't want to go back to the way things were. I would take a few days
off to clear my head and rest my body and then just get back into it. It's not easy by any means
but you can definitely do it!3 -
Congratulations on your weight loss !!0

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to #MyFitnessPal for selecting me to be one of their success stories for their online blog. They did a very nice article on my recent health journey and I was greatly honored to be chosen.
When they first contacted me about wanting to do this article i was somewhat hesitant. I am generally a very private person and tend not to share a lot about my personal life but eventually decided that if my story can in some way help inspire or motivate one person to achieve the success that they are looking for with their health then it will be well worth it.
I wish everyone the best!!
