Christmas Challenge 2011

Hello everyone! Hope everyone's labor day was fun and exciting. So I was thinking about starting a Christmas challenge to begin on Sunday, Sept. 18th and ending on Sunday, Dec. 25th That would give us 14 weeks to kick our butts into shape!!!

On Sunday, weigh in with your starting weight and officially declare your goal weight that you would like to achieve for Christmas and looking sexy for our loved ones! In addition to all that I would like you to insert a NWG (non weight goal) and what I mean by that is a goal thats not weight directed. ex. running a mile, or giving up soda for this challenge. The format to follow should look something like this:

I know 14 weeks is a long time and as such the replies can get long and you may lose track of all you other posts so I suggest creating one post and just quoting it each week so you don't have to re-do the layout each week. Feel free to add me as a friend and let's help keep each other motivated and stay on track. Together we can do this! So, whose with me?

    I think this is a good idea....hope I do good over the holiday season. Unsure how we are supposed to update our progress? I haven't participated in a post or challenge before.

    To those who have joined so far, congrats on making the commitment..To those who are thinking about it, but aren't sure how this works, every Sunday, when you weigh in, just come back to the post and update your chart. You'll see how it works once we get started. I haven't filled in my Starting Weight yet, since We start the challenge next Sunday. On that day, I will weigh in and post my starting weight and my goal weight then every Sunday we'll all come back and post our updates.

    Can't wait to get more involved :smile:

    Debclif-I'm not sure, when I did a labor day challenge, it was just one thread (it was 9 weeks long) and it wasn't too bad but I will keep that in mind. :smile:
