Ok, I'm crying in my oatmeal this morning. I walked 9.3 out of my 10 miles (not bad), but I'm up 1.5 lbs. This sucks! I was under all week on my calories. I averaged just under 1200. I think maybe I wasn't eating enough because of activity. My daily goal is 1460 and with exercise I net the just under 1200. Any ideas?0

Week 2
Starting weight - 154lb
Week 1 - 150lb - 4lb loss
Week 2 - 150lb
Walking goal - 8.5 miles, walked 9 miles
Goal for next week - 9 miles0 -
I'm regrouping myself! This is a new week. I'm going to tackle it head on! My goal will still be 10 miles. I've decided to count the distances i walk but to only include them in MFP if they are meant as exercise. Not when I walk the dog around the block, which is something I've always done. I think I'm giving myself too many exercise calories. Let's see what next Tuesday brings.0

I did 2 miles today - not sure if that would go with last weeks 10. Hope so because I was just shy of 10 before. Now it would be 11.2 I think. For week 2 I think I'll keep the 10 miles; I'm going to try and do some different activities also.0

This week has been bad for exercising. It has been cold, windy, and rainy this whole week. I was also sick on Tuesday and was still recovering Wednesday so that is two days that were missed.
Have a good weekend ladies!0 -

Hello- I would like to hop in this challenge, count me in for 30 miles for the rest of the month with 5 miles down and 25 to to.
I love WATP DVD's! It is such a better workout than out on the sidewaks. I have the 45 minute 3 mile that uses hand weights. I use 3 and 5 pound weights. It is a great sweaty workout. LOL0 -
