    Starting weight: 189 (Jan 1, 2021)
    Goal weight: 159
    Current weight: 174.4 (Mar 14)
Total weight lost: 14.6 pounds in 10 weeks

This week's successes: Got to play softball for the first time this year. Another sign that spring is around the corner is, I sprung my clock forward. Hope this is the last time I see 175 pounds and Daylight Savings Time.

This week's challenges: About halfway to my 2021 goal weight so, pounds are more difficult to come off. My activity starts to pick up as the weather improves. Along with my increased activity comes increased appetite.

    2021 Challenge starting weight (1/1/21): 209
    Goal weight: 150
    Current weight: 199.1
    Challenge weight lost: -9.9

    Highest weight (7/18): 250
    Total weight lost: -50.9

    Weekly Check-In:
    January 3: 206
    January 10: 205.4
    January 17: 206
    January 24: 203
    January 31: 203.7
    January loss: -5.3

    February 7: 202.7
    February 14: 203.4
    February 21: 201.3
    February 28: 199.8
    February Loss: -3.9

    March 6: 199.4
    March 14: 199.1

The week's success: I walked everyday!

This week's failure: I feel out of sorts. I am losing at a slower rate because I want to be able to maintain my loss. My usual course is to cut out everything and exercise obsessively and lose as quickly as I can but then I ALWAYS put all the weight back on. So I'm working on dealing with my underlying eating/thought habits. BUT every week I struggle to accept my smaller losses. Even though I am doing this intentionally, I sometimes can't wrap my mind around it.

I totally get this! I am exactly the same way. When I've done it in the past and lost quickly, I gained it back nearly just as fast. It can be so hard to do the opposite, though, even while knowing that! Slow and steady wins the race. We've got this :)

    Womp womp.

This week's successes: Well, I've been consistent with my workouts but that's never really been a problem tbh? I had a nice walk in the park on Thursday morning, saw a little bobcat so that was nice.

This week's challenges: I don't think the DIY Lunchables I put together for lunch this week are going to cut it, honestly. I need to replace them in the lunch rotation with something else. Maybe DIY Chipotle bowls.

This week's challenges: I am now over halfway to my goal of losing 30 pounds this year. Pounds are getting harder to lose! My short-term Goal is to keep up this losing trend the remainder of March.
