This week's successes: none, tom and I ate over calories everyday, worked out almost every day, but I did not log my calories correct. I left a lot of food off, just giving up. (not good)
I really went off the rails, and my gain really shows that. I'm going back to basics and heading
back to the Sylvia Ullback diet, which I know works for me. My body is that type where all I have to do
is look at food and I gain weight. Comes with age I guess. I'm really sad about my huge gain, BUT I'd rather get
back on the horse and keep going, otherwise I will gain every kilo I worked so hard to lose these past
3 months.

I felt the pull and, while I did successfully resist the impulse to nosh, it was hard.5 -

This week's successes: I tried to enjoy my days, went rollerskating, got three strength training sessions in, got some work done.
This week's challenges: My weight has fluctuated between 162.8 and 159.8 (other than one outlier of 164.1) for the entire month of March. But, looking back at my data, my average calories consumed is actually closer to 2,200/day, rather than my goal of 2,000; which only gives me a deficit of about 300 cals. So, this is a good wake-up call to be more consistent. I am okay with a slow loss, though. I'm not hating my life because of a super big deficit, and I would rather that than a faster rate of loss.3 -

Past week Successes: I have hashimoto's and have been experimenting with going gluten free this week. It is mainly to help with exhaustion and brain fog but I have been pretty much gluten free since Monday.
Past week Challenges: I have been super frustrated with gaining and losing the same 2 pounds over and over again for the past 3 months. I know that means I am more in maintenance mode than loosing but it is so annoying.2 -
