Happy with 1lb and 5lbs down so far for March, this is the most motivated I have been for a long time. Long may it continue! The weather here is getting better and the clocks go forward an hour next week so it feels like things are looking up. Good luck everyone, we can do this.4 -

I lost some weight before, but gained it all back during winter. Now I really want to get back on track. I am so in.

Updated. It is steady so far. Still continuing with whatever I am doing regularly. I workout ~45-60mins everyday (cardio + strength training), walk 10,000 steps in the evening. For food, I am tracking consistently and try to keep my carb limits under control as they are very difficult for me to restrict being a vegetarian. Not particularly following any diet except not eating sugar, refined foods or fast foods, basically anything unhealthy. I still have to improve my protein intake.6 -

20K steps??? How did you do that!! I have a hard enough time getting in 10K steps!! Great job on your progress this month.

I'm starting fresh this week after a crappy day yesterday. Going to get some healthy stuff from the store and take my dog for a big walk. Making chilli tonight for dinner Weigh in Friday!

I am joining late, however, have been on a March Challenge with my co-workers so I can log what I have so far We have been logging our weight and other measurements on Sunday's for March that's how I will log mine in until April rolls around My profile picture is when I was 140lbs and would like to go back to that with more muscle definition.
