Malteser Tray bake (which my children want me to make for Easter but I've said no because I know won't be able to resist it) and Easter Eggs ... basically chocolate in general (it needs to be proper chocolate though, not cheap plastic rubbish)

How do you make it? I have never had maltesers but I LOVE whoppers and am now craving them. Cannot remember the last time I had some, maybe 10 years ago.

Very old-school traditional around here. As a kid, I’d carefully eat the cake while leaving a pile of coconut on the plate.

Minus the jelly beans, this was the traditional cake that got made for first birthdays when I was growing up. Maybe first few birthdays. I didn't like shredded coconut back then, but I bet I'd like it now. I mentioned this picture to my mom, and she still has the mold; it was her mother's. It will probably end up in my care. While we were chatting, I decided that what I'd probably do is figure out how to make a Black Sheep Cake instead of a lamb cake. It would be a chocolate cake, and instead of shredded coconut, it would be shreds of dark, dark chocolate.
